An item I received is faulty; how do I request a refund?

In the event that you have received a faulty product, please contact us directly - panthersshop@panthers.com.au - and we will organise a refund or repair.

Both our Panther Shop and Panthers Online Store operate from within the Penrith Panthers Leagues Club - 123 Mulgoa Road. Penrith, NSW, 2750

You are able to make contact with the shop the following ways:

- Call directly on (02) 4720 5566

- Email panthersshop@panthers.com.au

- Head into our Panther Store based inside Penrith Panthers Leagues Club - 123 Mulgoa Road. Penrith, NSW, 2750.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order via the Panther Shop. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is ready to be dispatched. This tracking number can then be searched and tracked via the Australia Post website.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping costs are as below:

Australia:

  • Express Post (1 Business day delivery): $20
  • Parcel Post (2-3 Business day delivery): $12

International:

  • International parcels cost $50. Standard postal weight restrictions apply. For more  information regarding international post please email panthersshop@panthers.com.au.
